During the outlet and archive sale, delivery times may be extended.

For orders placed in the European Union, the return shopping costs are payable by the client. THE RETURN FEES (10€) WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

Fursac accepts the return of unworn and unstained products within 30 days after receipt of the parcel. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with the tag fixed to the garment. 

When receiving the parcel, customer service will proceed within 14 working days to the refund or the exchange of items returned. 

How to return your items?

  1. PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL BY LOGGING TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND GO TO THE « ORDERS » SECTION. THEN, CLICK ON THE RELATED ORDER AND DOWNLOAD THE RETURN LABEL
  2. CLICK HERE IN CASE YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER AS A GUEST (NO FURSAC ACCOUNT)
  3. WRAP THE PRODUCT IN ITS PACKAGING WITH THE RETURN SLIP COMPLETED
  4. STICK THE PREPAID RETURN LABEL ON YOUR PARCEL
  5. FOLLOW RETURN INSTRUCTIONS INDICATED ON THE SHIPPING RETURN LABEL

If our warehouse finds a defective return, our customer service will contact you to inform you that we will send you back the product concerned, at your own expense.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged on the online boutique.

We will proceed to the exchange with the desired product (upon availability of the product) as soon as we will receive your return. The shipping costs of the exchanged product will be payed by Fursac.
